All on one level it is comfortable and well equipped and is a perfect base for relaxing and exploring. Surrounded by paddocks and fields it sits adjacent to the owner's home and overlooks their delightful landscaped grounds and duck pond. Set within a quiet and rural part of the town it really does offer peace and tranquillity with the benefits of the town centre in easy walking distance.
