There are many attractions offering excellent opportunities for days out including the sandy beaches at Wells and Holkham, which are within a fifteen minute drive. Shops and pubs  are available in nearby Little Walsingham and surrounding villages or in Fakenham, which is just three miles away.==This delightful cottage is situated opposite the church and enjoys a pretty village setting. It provides comfortable and deceptively spacious accommodation with many interesting features including exposed beams, pamment floors and an attractive cottage garden.
