Lingwood is also only eight miles from the fine city of Norwich, which as well as being steeped in history has a good array of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also within a short drive is the sandy beach at the coastal village of Winterton-on-Sea. == The Bakehouse is set in three acres of private, peaceful grounds behind the owner's Georgian country house between Lingwood and South Burlingham. The property has been renovated and furnished to a high standard, and is presented with style and attention to detail. There is also a garden area backing onto orchard and lawns.
